Where do you offer pickup and drop-off?
We offer free pickup and drop-off from the Melbourne CBD, Docklands, Southbank and most inner suburbs.
If you’re located outside these areas, a small distance-based surcharge applies (see next FAQ entry).
Just send us your pickup address and we’ll confirm everything upfront.
Are there surcharges for pickups outside the Melbourne CBD?
Yes, because our tours are fully private, pickups outside central Melbourne require additional travel time.

What time do tours start?
Start times vary depending on the tour and the season.
Once booked, we’ll confirm a pickup time that suits your day and aligns with local attractions.
What should I wear?
Victoria’s weather can change quickly.
We recommend:
Comfortable walking shoes
A light jacket (even in summer)
Warm layers from April–October
Hat and sunscreen in warmer months
Some coastal areas can be windy, layers are best.
What should I bring?
Camera or phone
Snacks if desired
Weather-appropriate clothing (jacket, hat, sunscreen)
For Yarra Valley tours, bring ID if you plan on tasting wine or gin.
Are your tours suitable for children?
Yes, families with children are welcome on all tours. Many stops, wildlife experiences and scenic locations are great for kids.
If you are travelling with young children who legally require a child seat:
Child seats are available on request
Each child seat is +$20 (covers cleaning, installation time, and vehicle configuration)
Please let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare the correct seat type (0–4 or 4–7 years) and ensure the vehicle is set up safely for your group.
How many people can join a tour?
All tours are completely private.
We can accommodate couples, families and small groups depending on the vehicle.
For larger groups, contact us, we can arrange a suitable vehicle for your group size.
What type of vehicle do you use?
We use a modern, clean and comfortable private vehicle suited to your group size.
All vehicles are fully insured, air-conditioned and offer ample space for personal belongings.

What happens in bad weather?
Tours operate in most weather conditions.
If the weather is unsafe or a location is closed, we may adjust the itinerary — your safety and enjoyment always come first.
We’ll keep you informed of any changes.
Do you operate year-round?
Yes, our tours run in all seasons.
Each season offers something unique:
Summer: warm coastal days
Autumn: perfect winery weather
Winter: dramatic scenery, fewer crowds
Spring: gardens and forests at their best
Can I customise my tour?
Absolutely.
All tours are private, so you can adjust the pace, add or remove stops, or request specific experiences.
Custom itineraries are welcome.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our full policy is available on the Cancellation Policy page, but here is a quick summary:
More than 14 days before your tour
✔ Full refund (minus any non-refundable transaction/booking fees)
7–14 days before your tour
✔ 50% refund
✔ One-time date change may be offered (subject to availability)
3–7 days before your tour
✔ 25% refund
✔ Date change may be possible at our discretion
Less than 72 hours before your tour

No-shows
No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.
If we need to cancel due to unsafe weather, road closures or operational issues, you may choose:
✔ a full refund
✔ a rescheduled date
✔ or an alternative tour of equal value (if available)

Most tours require full payment at the time of booking to secure your private vehicle and date.
If you prefer a deposit arrangement, contact us — we can usually accommodate.

What if I’m running late?
Please let us know as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to adjust, but significant delays may shorten the itinerary to ensure we meet scheduled venue times (e.g., winery bookings, Penguin Parade entry).
Do you offer multi-day or extended tours?
Yes, we can design custom multi-day itineraries and private transfers across Victoria.
